This booklet has been written and prepared by Laura Brennan and Sue Robson - investigative child protection social workers on the Gateshead Referral and Access team in England. Laura and Sue are passionate about doing everything they can to involve children in the child protection work they do. This booklet presents Sue and Laura's use of the Three Houses, Words and Pictures and Safety House tools through 11 separate case examples. Each case example includes images of the children's own words and drawings which provides a clear and concrete vision of what using these tools with children looks like in actual practice. The case examples cover situations where children are exposed to neglect, sexual abuse, physical abuse and caught in between domestic violence.

- $40 AUD for individual trainers using this booklet in public training.
Includes a Personal Training License providing permission for an individual to use the DVD in public training they run.

Organisational Multi-user License*

The Department for Child Protection in West Australia has chosen November 12, 13 and 14, 2012 for its second Signs of Safety Gathering. All 17 districts from around the state will present as well as three international presentations. This Gathering will provide an end-to-end picture of a comprehensive system-wide Signs of Safety implementation. Participants from overseas and elsewhere in Australia are welcome though places will be limited.
