University/College Multi-user License
Signs of Safety DVD and DVD Workbook
ABC University is licensed by Resolutions Consultancy Pty Ltd to use the Signs of Safety DVD and DVD workbook for the following purposes and on the following conditions:
Purpose:
The University/College multi-user package and license for the Signs of Safety DVD is designed to provide your tertiary education institution with the ability to use the Signs of Safety DVD and workbook as a training resource that can be available for all academics and students.
License Rights and Conditions:
The University/College multi-user package comes with two DVDs and workbooks. This package is designed for use on one campus and we anticipate, for example, that this provides one copy for use in the teaching department and one copy for the university library. The University/College’s copies of the Signs of Safety DVD may not be distributed or sold to other individuals or organisations.
Each University/College multi-user package comes with the option to download a PDF copy of the DVD workbook that accompanies the DVD.
In purchasing the University/College multi-user package, the University/College has the right to reproduce the workbook for its academic staff but not for its students. The University/College may not reproduce, copy or distribute the workbook for individuals outside of the University/College or for any other organisation.
In purchasing the DVD package, the University/College agrees not to duplicate or reproduce the DVD and agrees not to distribute or sell the DVD and/or the DVD workbook to any other individuals or organisations.
The Department for Child Protection in West Australia has chosen November 12, 13 and 14, 2012 for its second Signs of Safety Gathering. All 23 districts from around the state will present as well as three international presentations. This Gathering will provide an end-to-end picture of a comprehensive system-wide Signs of Safety implementation. Participants from overseas and elsewhere in Australia are welcome though places will be limited.
