Two-day workshop with Penelope Turnell, Linn van Bruggen and Ann Gardeström
During the past few years, a large number of municipalities and organisations in Sweden and worldwide have trained staff in Signs of Safety as a way to develop and improve their child protection work. As a result of this, the need for and understanding of organisational change and implementation has grown.
With this two-day workshop, we intend to present an opportunity to dig into the theory and practice of the Signs of Safety’s Theory of Change and learn about the recent international experiences regarding whole-system implementation of Signs of Safety.
Penelope Turnell, Executive Director of Practice at Elia (the membership-owned organisation that is the new home of Signs of Safety) will share her understanding and experience from large international implementations.
There will be plenty of time for questions and reflections about your own organisational challenges.
Some of the content:
- Need for whole-system change
- The vision of social work and practice
- Meaningful Measures
The workshop addresses top leaders and managers of social work and care for children and young people or others leading organisational development and change.
