Signs of Safety Research Breakfast Event

Meet and Greet Network Event for Evaluators and Researchers

with special guest Professor Eileen Munro

As Signs of Safety has grown into an international movement, there has been increased attention around the ‘evidence base’ for the approach. At the same time, researchers from around the world have taken up the challenge to help us all better understand:

  • What works?
  • How does it work?
  • For whom?
  • In what circumstances?
  • And what difference is it meant to make?

To help us explore the answers to these questions, we are hosting a breakfast, open to Evaluators and Researchers. The buffet style breakfast will be held at the Hyatt Regency, Calgary on Tuesday 20th October 2020 from 7am – 9am.

In the same way that practitioners from around the world helped to develop and refine the Signs of Safety, this ‘meet and greet’ event is meant to help connect researchers from around the world in an effort to better understand together how to evaluate the model and various implementation strategies.
