Masamitsu Fujii

Masamitsu has worked as child protection social worker for 7 years, plus 2 years at a juvenile residential facility, before joining the Saitama City Northern Child Guidance Centre as a caseworker in 2011. Masa provides consultations on child abuse, supports social workers with difficult cases, and plans training courses for the Centre. He continues to practice Signs of Safety with his team members at the Saitama City Child Guidance Centre and presents his practice to other municipalities in Japan.
