The FFPP promotes wrap-around support of the family to address challenges at the earliest opportunity. In this workshop we will focus on supporting workers to work with families and their naturally connected people to come together to build hope and create plans for the children we are worried about, whether it’s Early Help, Child in Need or Child Protection. Following the finding of the networks, participants will spend time considering all the dynamics that all families bring with them and how as professionals we can harness that energy to work together to create effective plans.
