We are delighted to invite front-line practitioners, supervisors, practice leaders, and senior leaders to submit a proposal to present at the Signs of Safety Online International Gathering taking place on 2, 3 and 4 March 2027. Registration and general information about the event available here: (Full details of the Gathering can be found here: 2027 Online International Signs of Safety Gathering )
Presenting at the Gathering is a unique opportunity to share your knowledge, practice wisdom, and real-world experiences with a global community of people united by a commitment to meaningful child and family wellbeing and safety. Whether you are working directly with families, leading organisational change, or exploring new ways to embed Signs of Safety in your practice, we want to hear your voice – because the richest learning happens when we share our practice experience with one another.
Submissions are invited for presentations of 20 minutes in length. From past Gatherings, we’ve found this is the ideal length for an online format. It keeps the audience engaged and makes room for more presenters, so participants hear a wider variety of practice examples and experiences from around the world.
You will have the full 20 minutes to present, with no need to leave time for questions. Participants can submit questions via the chat during your presentation, and a selection will be put to you by an Elia facilitator in a short Q&A session later the same day. Full details will be provided if your proposal is accepted.

If your application is successful, we will let you know by Friday 18 December 2026. Please note: all Presenters will receive a free place at the Online Gathering.
