Join us for the 2027 Online International Signs of Safety Gathering, where practitioners, and leaders from around the world come together to strengthen child protection, reunification and care experience practices. This year’s theme, It Takes a Village, celebrates the cultural richness, collective wisdom, and deep sense of belonging that emerge when parents, families, carers, communities and professionals work as one. We’ll explore how naturally connected networks – rooted in shared values, culture, traditions, and relationships – create environments where children belong, feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
This Gathering offers a unique space where frontline practitioners and leaders come together to share the practice they are proud of, exchange insights, and deepen their understanding of Signs of Safety. It’s a place where diverse cultures, experiences, and voices are welcomed, creating a sense of belonging that strengthens our collective learning.
Together, we’ll learn and explore how strengths-based practices can transform the lives of children and families and drive successful implementation at every level. Exploring innovative strategies and celebrating the power of participation to create meaningful change. The Gathering is a chance to discover new perspectives and reflect on the work that unites us. You’ll leave inspired, grounded in community, and with a sense of belonging to a global network with a shared purpose and vision.
