Licensed Signs of Safety Trainer 🔵
Claudia Lynch brings extensive experience in child welfare, having worked in frontline practice, supervision, and leadership roles within the Children's Aid Society of Toronto, in Ontario, Canada. She became a licensed Signs of Safety trainer in April 2026.
Throughout her career, Claudia has supported practitioners and teams in strengthening assessment, planning, and decision making in child protection work. She was introduced to Signs of Safety through her practice and has since been deeply committed to its application as a framework for working collaboratively with children, youth, families, and their networks.
Her work focuses on strengthening the clarity, rigor, and sustainability of safety planning, with a particular emphasis on ensuring that plans are developed with families and that can hold over time. She brings a reflective and relational approach, using questions, coaching, group supervision, and appreciative inquiry to support practitioner learning and confidence.
Claudia is committed to contributing to the integrity and quality of Signs of Safety practice, supporting consistent and meaningful outcomes for children, youth, and families.
